Why Choose GasPressur
Built for sanitary brewing pressure control
This tri clamp spunding valve is designed for operators who need dependable control over tank pressure during fermentation, carbonation and closed transfer. The 1.5 inch tri-clamp connection gives a clean sanitary fit on compatible vessels, while the stainless steel body helps maintain hygienic process standards in brewing and food-contact environments.
Precise adjustment with clear gauge monitoring
Unlike vague marketplace listings and lower-cost alternatives from brands such as GASPRESSUR and KegLand that often leave buyers comparing incomplete specifications, this valve is sold with clear working detail. The adjustable pressure relief valve range spans 0.2 to 2.2 bar, allowing more controlled setup for pressure fermentation and transfer. The integrated stainless steel pressure gauge in an L-type configuration is easy to read during commissioning and day-to-day checks.
Professional-grade stainless steel construction
The body, gauge housing and wetted-path construction use 304 stainless steel for durability and food-contact suitability. This stainless steel spunding valve is intended for brewers, nano-breweries and advanced home users who want a sanitary pressure relief valve that feels engineered rather than improvised. It is a strong fit for fermentation pressure control valve duties where repeatability matters.
Clear compatibility for confident ordering
If you are buying a sanitary tri-clamp spunding valve online in the UK, the main points to check are clamp size, pressure range, material grade and gauge arrangement. This 1.5 inch tri clamp valve is made for compatible sanitary ferrules and is best suited to users who want a sanitary tri-clamp spunding valve professional enough for regular production use, without stepping into overcomplicated industrial control assemblies.

Customer Reviews
I bought this for a pressure fermentation setup on a 1.5 inch tri-clamp unitank and it has been spot on. The gauge is easy to read and holding 1.0 bar during fermentation has been far more consistent than with my old improvised arrangement.
Delivery was quick and the stainless finish looked properly sanitary straight out of the box. I use it during closed transfer and the 0.2-2.2 bar adjustment range gives much better control than the cheaper valve I replaced.
From a process point of view, the clear specification is what sold it for me. The 304 stainless construction, tri-clamp fitment and L-type gauge layout make it feel like a serious brewery component rather than a hobby accessory.
Very good quality and the pressure gauge relief valve is much easier to monitor than the inline unit I had before. My only note is that you need enough clearance around the ferrule because the L-shape takes a bit of room.
I compared this against a KegLand option and chose this because the spec sheet was clearer and the gauge housing felt more robust. It has been excellent for conditioning under pressure without constant fiddling.
It is definitely a premium buy, but the sanitary tri-clamp connection and all-stainless build justify it if you brew regularly. Setup took me ten minutes and it has been reliable on every transfer since.
Exactly what I wanted for a cleaner, more repeatable transfer setup. The valve adjusts smoothly, the gauge reads clearly, and it feels much more confidence-inspiring than the generic brass-bodied alternatives online.
